- ✓ Proof of income or sufficient personal funds, such as recent bank statements.

- Self-employed applicants: business registration or licence, company bank statements and evidence of business activity.
- Students: enrolment letter, student card and NOC from university or college.
- Retired applicants: pension statement or proof of regular retirement income.
- Business visitors: invitation letter from the company in Hungary, employer confirmation and business bank statements.
- Medical visitors: medical confirmation from hospital/doctor in Hungary, appointment details and proof of paid medical fees where applicable.
- Cultural, sports, religious or film crew applicants: invitation letter, event details, crew list and itinerary.
- Official delegations: official invitation, purpose of visit, accommodation details and proof of identity.
- Training, research, study or internship: enrolment/acceptance certificate and proof of financial support.
- Minor applicants: birth certificate, parent/guardian consent, parents’ passports and proof of parents’ income.
- Transit applicants: visa or entry permit for the final destination country where required.
